This 6 session program will teach you all the fundamental movements that are required in our CrossFit classes. These sessions are semi-private and must be completed in 30 days.
After completion of the 6 sessions you will able to safely and properly execute Olympic lifts, med balls, plyometrics, Olympic rings, gymnastics, rowers and various functional movements.
The On-Ramp program does not include instruction with kettlebells. This is a separate program with CrossFit ATP. Kettlebell movements within the WOD will be modified until your able to attend our Level-1 Kettlebell Workshop or personal training sessions with our RKC Certified Instructors. Kettlebell workshops and private sessions are a separate fee.
* If you have previous CrossFit experience and you want to become a CrossFit ATP member…. An Evaluation Session can be scheduled with a CrossFit ATP instructor to be considered bypassing the On-Ramp Program.
Should you not be able to keep your On-Ramp appointment, Please call at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be forfeited.

If you are a resident of Broward County and never tried CrossFit, we invite you to evaluate our program with 3 FREE introductory sessions. Our “3 for FREE” program runs on a fixed schedule and consists of 3 consecutive classes IN A ROW. KETTLEBELL CLASSES:
Crossfit ATP members are required to attend our four hour Level-1 Kettlebell Workshop or purchased private sessions with ATP’s- RKC Certified Instructors to participate in the kettlebell classes and perform the kettlebell movements in the CrossFit WOD.

LEVEL-1 KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
The fundamental movements in kettlebell training are instructed in detail on proper technique and safety. All ages, levels of fitness and non-CrossFit ATP members are welcome to attend. Kettlebells are great to incorporate into your existing workout regimen or sport specific program. Training with kettlebells you can acquire lean muscle, lose body fat, gain endurance, flexibility, rehabilitate injuries and enhance cardiovascular conditioning.
The following movements are instructed:
Deadlift, Swing (variations),Turkish Get- Up, Clean, Press, Snatch and Squat

LEVEL-2 KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
Requirements: Attended a Level-1 Kettlebell Workshop and passing a Level-1 Skills Test / Snatch Test.
The following movements are instructed:
Viking Push Press, Clean & Jerk, Windmill, Tactical Pullup, Double Snatches, Side Press and Pistol
Level-2 Kettlebell Workshop Price: $99.00 (4 hours)
