WU: Parking Lot
Jumping Jacks
Shuffles
Donkey Kicks
400 Meter Run

WOD:
15 reps across the board- AMRAP in 30 minutes
Kettlebell Deadlifts- 20kg W- 24kg M
Box Jumps
D-Ball Slams- 25lb W- 30lb M
Push Ups
OH Plate Walk- 25 lbs W- 45 lbs M
Med Ball Run- 200 meters
