Thrusters-SDLHP-Push Jerk-OHS-Front squat M95lbs/F65lbs
*20 reps of each exercise
At the top of every minute drop and do 4 burpees. No matter where they are, when the clock hits the top of the minute, they drop and do 4 burpees. This continues until they finish all 20 reps of each exercise. Oh, start with 4 burpees!
